Hi everybody, i'm wondering this: Why all the filehostings have high ratings to American, european,etc (pays so much for downloads from there), and..latinoamerican countries have a low rating (pays few..to latinoamerican). It's not fear (in my opinion). Usually, the latinoamerican people that uploads files, don't use rapidleech or something like that. I like to answer this topic the filehosting admins..
