Wrong page rank or else...????

hi,

hi have two websites friends.
I am having good traffic on one website and when i checked the page rank for that website is 1 only out of 10....
in 2nd site, i am having very less traffic compared to my 1st site...but the page rank is 3 out of 10...how's its possible......?

don't know why.....?
