    10GB diskspace is not very much space to start out with. But it's a start.

    I'd recommend xenForo. As a relatively new script, it's not bogged down with a huge featureset. Some of the larger scripts (vB, IPB for instance) may be more than a bit of a resource hog.

    If your forum becomes popular with a lot of traffic though = you'll have to upgrade your hosting.

    I used host 1 MyBB forum on a 10gb host with at 20,000 Unique / month without any issue.

    Cache needed some tweak, and deleting of log, but it's still running fine.

    If traffic increase i might have to move it to a VPS.

    Not in your poll list but i would recommend you to use fluxbb. Less eyecandy but might save you some disk space.

    Spend another $2 on hosting for more disk space so its not a problem
