1.97/day? damn.... Well if you live in the states close to New York you could come visit Times Square and ask the tourists for money, You could probably make 200$ a day or even more depends on your creativity

Why $1.97 a day, if the membership is $1.97 per month? If they save up $0.07 a day then they'll afford the fee.

BTW You might start a donate program for them in where you donate the money.

How about you signup for a click to pay ad service and have those members click on your ads which if you make double what you want to give them then your earning a whole lot more.. if this is a legit site go with google adsense

I need serious opinions
Premium membership on my website is $1.97 a month, so I need a quick and easy way for users who have no way to get money into there paypals or anything to find a easy online solution to gain online money?

Such as surveys etc

Isn't that the point of PREMIUM membership or even gadgets such as phones,etc overall ?

If you have the money you get it and if you dont then you dont.

When people want a new phone that is out what do they do?
Job,Ask for money,etc

If your members can't afford to pay 1.97$ for a premium membership then take it off. What, you are going to babysit them and teach them how to make money online so they can get money to buy a premium on your site? shouldnt that be their problem? is your site that special?

they can easily make 1.97$

suggest them some big porn sites like exbii,pbb,porn-w,planetsuzy,intporn etc etc
they can make even more
