Problem with IDM :(

hey , when i try to download something using IDM after a while the transare rate become 0 and when i resume the file it show me this : http://hotfile.com/dl/132579415/c1f4d98/aaaa.png.html


i don't why and also if the transre rate didn't become 0 and i cancled the file , when i tried to resume it it say also :

PS: i donwload filesonic links and i am using a permium account in the IDM logins

Looks like connectivity problem at your end, you sure your connection is static and your PC doesnt get disconnected meanwhile download ?
Have you tried OK button and let it resume with new link ?

Ps.
Use image hosts for uploading images next time.

At that time, rather wasting my time solving it, I simply changed the host.

please answer me with yes or no, cuz i am downloading now a big files more than 6 giga and if i install the latest one can i resume this files or not ???

first clear all cookies and browsing data then resume file's this is major problem faced by many user's.

and transfer rate become 0 is your ISP problem

i cleared history from the browser and the same problem !!!!

what should i don now ?!

is the download file has any password protected ? are you facing the problem only that link or all links ?
