Default Can't delete files in cpanel

One of my client sborg got filled with torrent files and no space left, he havn't deleted after uploading, now I can't seem to delete files for him. It looks like they're deleting, but after I refresh the view, they're still there. Doesn't seem to matter if I'm doing it in cpanel file manager or ftp.

    Please help

Do you mean you can't delete the file because of special characters?

You can use the inode number to delete the file.
