Darn, the bounce rate went to 1.48% from past month

Not sure whether its good to have such less bounce rate, few months back i had around 65% bounce rate

Its a good thing. Bounce rate is mean the users are coming your website for one page view only. Then left permanently. Its reduced mean you are going well.

1% bounce great is GREAT!

65% bounce rate is bad!

the lower the bounce rate the more your users are viewing pages on your site.

The higher the bounce rate then it means your users are just viewing one page and leaving.

does average time they stay on the forum also depends ? in my other forum i have average time of 8:04 still the bounce rate is around 58% o.o

Page visit is just half of my first forum, dosen't that mean that my bounce rate of 2nd forum should also be less ?

If you have a site that submits to DDL sites then your should expect a high bounce rate.

never used google analytics much, always had eye on Awstats.

i ain't and the reason why i have asked is that i checked for 2 forums of mine, 2n'd forum had almost double the average time on the site, and 1/2 Pages/Visit than first forum still the bounce rate difference is around 56% O.O
