Maryan, was banned for not wanting to show me proof the problem was resolved has he keep stating to me it wasn't any of my business.

Paypal said that they don't cover Virtual Service or some BS so I went and bought a new vps plan and just going to let this one sit. Since it's not useful at all. They fixed the issue with the RDP but further did not receive a refund. And further on the issue they again said if I do another dispute they will charge me 35$ which they cannot. Proof below:

Your service is not terminated, but next time have TERMINATE and carge you another 35.00 USD for damage of dispute to paypal

Thank you for fixing that problem but still I have other issues with the server it lags really bad and the manager told Paypal that VPS plans do not have a Refund policy but it simply says in the TOS that they do. If the client is not happy with the service that person is untitled to a refund. I have not broke any rules in TOS. I have had many issues since day one. Proof below:
