this Host MUST allow Warez linking,Proxys as well as adult content.

I'll be hosting 3 websites, All 3 are Rather new and have low monthly traffic.

Must support all the basics, At LEAST wordpress, Perl, cURL and all the other standards.

i think you should try vps,you have root access and you can host your domain as much as you want

If you could afford it, I would also say go for a VPS.
Not many hosts allow proxies due to the fact that they use a lot of resources.
With a VPS you will have dedicated resources.
