Hi all - have a major hassle that i need too correct.

I uninstalled portal from the board ( dont ask why ) the standard portal that came with ip3.1.4
The uninstall failed and it seems too be part in and out
I can not re-install portal as it says it is already there - but the board still functions fine weirdly

Is there a way i can change its status to not installed ??? any try too put it back in.

The below error also has appeared when trying too recache apps and modules

Take that the above is connected too my screw up
