Hi,

Depents on where did you bought your VPS and the PAnel you have.

If you have solusvm you can login to console and controle the vps thru ssh, otherwise use putty.

btw as i read that you are a noob

heres something for your future usage of VPS as you'll already be getting help for now

you can connect to the vps using a application called putty .. google it and download it and then in that enter the ip you root as username and type the password which is not visible once thats done you can enter commands in it to do different kinds of functions and some of the basic commands are here
