Nlvl.net is a SCAM host !

3 days ago I bought shared hosting there because I needed cheap hosting for testing my new template. I uploaded Wordpress and my template and I started to work on layout. I dosent do anything, on their server there was only - Wordpress and template + 3 posts.

There was nothing related to warez, this was just for test - I dosent add there any links etc. just 3 post like:

Movie Name

imdb info

Jw player (no movies inside player - just for test)

and today they suspended my acc ! I dosent have access to Cpanel I cant even download my backup - there are no post in this WP but I make some major changes in design

On our advertisement threads even on KWWHunction we clearly state that we do not allow warez. You also violated our terms at http://nlvl.net/terms-of-service/
Where we do not all warez/illegal activity. You received a DMCA from Universal Studios

Thats right, there was nothing there ! Just fucking two post with cover, movie name and imdb info - just like on normal movie blog !

DMCA from Universal Studios for blank blog with two posts of movies ( not releated with warez) - they must think that I am a fucking idiot to write me something like that in support ticket ...

Perhaps Universal saw your movie poster and IMDB and figured out that you were going to use it for warez.

Furthermore, if you are not going to use it for warez, why do you put anything looking like warez on it?

I wouldn't trust them anyway, especially if they were quick enough to suspend you for a blank blog lol.

DMCA from Universal Studios is a fucking story man.

Actually Universal Studios and Viacom don't claim their copyright infringements directly.

In regards to your complaint which you had posted here, which is very immature in many ways. We will not be unsuspending your website at all. If you take your time and read over any web hosts legal documentation/terms we reserve the right to suspend you at will. Though in summary and in regards to your issues which you have had with us, we have received numerous reports already even on our PM here getting told not to host you at all, in fact I have also noticed some files also being uploaded without copyright consent i.e transformers content.

We reserve the right to suspend you at will, we do not scam for a simple $1.95 for a reason, we are not resellers in anyway. Find it pathetic that you see this, but if we have a major reputation with over 10,000 happy clients, with moderators here within this community supporting us as we maintain high customer satisfaction rating. Finally in regards to legal issues we are very strict when it comes towards a DMCA, we do not mark ourselves offshore, nor do we mark ourselves a cheap NL/GE host, the majority of our servers are US based. We utilize this community to build on advertisements throughout web master communities and do not intend to allow this community in any way to host illegal content on our servers. Under the Copyright Act, you are in fact not entitled in anyway for your files back which break the law, whether it was testing or not. There is content which you do not have consent to host from its original owners.

Finally, as stated on your support ticket you are out of our support hours. All time zones refer to GMT +10 Australian Eastern time where our support operates 9AM-11PM. At this time it is 2:34AM and our legal team which deal with DMCA are unable to take care of this issue or to unsuspend your website in anyway possible.
