    And as if we needed more proof, here's another one:

    $ nslookup NS.FILEJUNGLE.COM

    Name: NS.FILEJUNGLE.COM
    Address: 108.61.5.205

    $ whois 108.61.5.205

    Uploadstation Ltd NET-108-61-5-200-29 (NET-108-61-5-200-1) 108.61.5.200 - 108.61.5.207
    Choopa, LLC CHOOPA-NETBLK08 (NET-108-61-0-0-1) 108.61.0.0 - 108.61.255.255

    $ nslookup ns2.uploadstation.com

    Name: ns1.uploadstation.com
    Address: 108.61.5.204

    And we all know Uploadstation is Fileserve.

    If I buy a script from fileserve, and get servers in choopa, and make a filehost, does that makes me fileserve cousin/relative/in any relation to them??
    I mean, it's obvious that they are hosted in same DC, so, IP ranges MUST be similar... however, I don't see how that proves anything.
    I can only say, that it looks like they are same company, just another branch. However, why it wouldn't be some copycat, that wants to make money over someone else's popularity...? I mean, I would literally copy some successful model, and went step by step to immitate everything, so ppl can think I am related to some brand, because that means instant success...

    I doubt Fileserve would sell their script to another filehost

    P.s : the ips are too similar , 1 digit

    Irrefutable proof :

    And as if we needed more proof, here's another one:

    $ nslookup NS.FILEJUNGLE.COM

    Name: NS.FILEJUNGLE.COM

    Uploadstation Ltd NET-108-61-5-200-29 (NET-108-61-5-200-1) 108.61.5.200 - 108.61.5.207
    Choopa, LLC CHOOPA-NETBLK08 (NET-108-61-0-0-1) 108.61.0.0 - 108.61.255.255

    Heh, you really think Fileserve is going to offer its "script" to a new competitor? This isn't some russian coder selling a lame PHP script for $500 to make a quick buck.

    Even if it was a copycat, why would they copy every single piece of the architecture? See my original post regarding the "l" subdomain. Why copy that? Makes no sense AT ALL. Even if this "competitor" happened to pick Choopa, would they really give them nearly the same IP address range? Come on. Don't be that naive.

    P.s : the ips are too similar , 1 digit
    Exactly right. I think Fileserve did somewhat a good job trying to separate itself from FileJungle (no one posted about it before I did) - but they messed up the DNS part.

    okey i don't really get you guys. okey i say rapidshare has made another filehost called "FileServe" and fileserve has made again a filehost called "FileJungle" and it goes on... so what are the differences ? does it really matters if any filehost has opened a filehost? like this thread. you proved that filejungle site is a sister site of fileserve, okey even if i/we agree what does it matter?

    i want some point
    Dear Haters,

    People dont understand what MKE just did. He just proved that uploadstation owns the IP of filejungle's nameserver. This means uploadstation owns filejungle. Fileserve owns uploadstation so this means Fileserve owns filejungle.
