This has nothing to do with PayPal nor any e-payment system.

This is just the currency exchange rate, which changes daily. Nothing new.

However it's not always correct, as they make their own rates. But there is nothing "cheating" about.

thats not cheating, thats how a profit business is done. If they will send the exchanged money at current market price at Rs.0 charges of transfer, how will they pay their Employees ?

Well i am ok with Paypal doesnt matter that they take those transaction fees etc but they are way better than alertpay in terms of Withdrawal As for Indians AP allows on Bank Wire and they charge 15$ Per Transfer where else now PayPal will do the transfer at 0%
