You will surely get a reply from a fucking overselling company

RAM in VPS = Shared + SWAP
RAM in DEDI = Unshared

so basically a 8GB OpenVZ Ram will behave like a 2GB dedicated Ram or Even Less

I think you should buy 1 of the OVH Servers from

ovhresell.com (Trusted KWWHunction Seller)
or
mydedis.com (i use them)

They are 100Mbit Dedicated Unshared Port so abt 12MB/s u can easily expect and sexy hardware
