hey mate,My country does not support paypal,and my 6 year old paypal got limited last moth,then I made two more,both got limited.

Now I want to register again,But if I use Malaysia as country and then use my actual address to register,if they limit again,they will ask for utility bills,If I provide utility bills also,but the address is correct,Country is wrong,Will that be a problem to lift the limit?

And If I create a new account in my pc then I can avoid these steps right
"-Make sure that you have Clean out cookies & temporary internet files.
-Change computer name & IP when you will login.
-Make sure that you NEVER go directly to ebay or PayPal to register a new account ... Browse the internet a while then search for an ebay or paypalbanner and click on it !"

For example. I'm from kosovo, and kosovo is not in paypal supported list so i created one paypal account with Albania country.....

I only used details of one friend of mine (name,lastname,addresee etc..) but you can use fake details but if you paypal got limited you cant fix problem without providing Screen of your ID, Proof of address and you have to verified your CC... so i suggest to do same like me.
