    You can use a caching plugin with CloudFlare (we do things a little differently & they do things a little differently). If you're using a caching plugin and CloudFlare, however, don't turn minify options on with both services (will cause a conflict). You also don't want to use more than one caching plugin as a general rule (W3TC and Super Cache, for example) at the same time because you'll likely see a conflict at some point.

    Depends on server configuration, supercache is easier to setup, w3tc takes awhile to configure and can be quite daunting for the noob

    Default I use..

    I use W3 Total Cache, havent had a chance to look at the others, but it does the job just ifne for my wp sites.
