Default Torrent speed problem with RDP

im currently paying for an RDP (1gb port) and sBorg at the same company.
    thing is,

my upload by zoom is very fast..
download/upload by torrent seems restricted. the hosting says "no way" , but,
im seeding a file of 9GB to Tl , which has 300 leechers and ZERO seeders, only me.. still upload is on 70-200 kb/s .

at the same time im seeding other files that i know ppl are leeching, but it dosent add up to upload speed.. also down speed seems TOP 5mb/s .

btw, when im downloading at 5~ mb/s , upload immediately shrinks down,
and most of the time stays on few kb/s ..

what do you think i should do ?
    best regards.

How To Get Your Maxspeed (uTorrent)

Torrent Client - Preferences - Bandwidth - Number of connections - Set aprox. 500 for each
Torrent Client - Preferences - BiTorrent - Protocol Encryption - Forced
Bandwidth Allocation - High (Set download/upload limit - Unlimited)
Stop Other Active Torrents - Start downloading and wait for connections.

@BeitarJerusalem, I only told a chance. Its a trick used by ISPs who offer unlimited B/W Internet plans. I am not sure if Data centers also do this or not.
Basically the configuration is done on ISP router that only priority is given to well known ports like 80,21,25,443,995 etc. All other traffic is set to low priority and use small percent of B/W available.

Btw which Datacenter you use for sborg and RDP

I noticed this too with my "unlimited" RDP plan. Terribly slow speeds when seeding.

I had a VPS seedbox, metered, that did a hell of a lot better seeding.

Thanks for the info, I use to stratch my heading wondering why.
