Wupload, is fairly new, but catching up quickly to the big players. There download speed is slow, but they have a 10 GB single file upload. There payout is pretty good.

The fastest filehost out there is Megaupload, there download speed is 3 MB per second, but they are becoming unpopular, and have legal issues, because of copyright infringement, like the once popular HOTFILE.
