How to rotate multi Images like Trump card effect

i have 4 images, i want to add 4 images in single frame(image) with the below trump card effect, that means, one above another but in some tilted angle....

How to do that........??

any application or tutorial...........???

it's not.......

trump card image is just an example...i need to create like that image, with image rotation

i think you can do that with Photoshop

You mean on a website? There are multiple ways to do it. You can choose the CSS method, image rotation is supported in css3, but not all the browsers support css3. You can also go with Javascript. Or do it server side with PHP.

EDIT: I think you didn't mean in that way.. Anyway, I leave this here.
