How to do this ? (File name related)

Hello, when i tried to put /,*,| these characters than windows showed me :

A file name cant contain those character . May i know why ? I am using windows 7 (32 bits).

Is their any way to do this ? editing any registry or even a trick i cant guess

I hope i will get a solution from the desktop specialist.
