No hosting provider will allow you to use a vps server for spamming a forum.

The datacenter will eventually get a notice that your IP is sending spam and shut down your virtual private server.

Use HMA Pro, You get mutiple locations to choose from It differs from other VPN providers.

Half of the IPS are already reported for forum/post spam, I use HMA myself if I ever get blocked from one of my server's.
