My experience with altushost support

have posted a ticket from more than 24 hrs now to their billing but still no reply....!!!!!!

saini Reviewed by saini on 23rd Feb 2012. My experience with altushost support I am feeling that altushost is having very poor customer support. For example, when i registered my website they said that account will be active when the payment at HDFC bank will be confirmed and their Representative for HDFC bank was not in the office at that time and then after 36 hours when i send them a copy of bank recipt then they activated my account..... Now the website is down may be from midnight, today morning i created a ticket but there is no response to the ticket...:'( What Rating: 5

you not using cloudflare

Cloudflare wont really mitigate ALOT.

I always found cloudflare to be more problematic than problem solving
cPanel + suhosin + suphp + CSF + Gotroot Mod Security works better.

Interesting how their primary site altushost.com keeps working but others being down. They still have not answered my sales questions although they could be busy fixing everyone's problems

Its now 48 hrs but no reply from billing, from this you may get an idea that how good their after sales service is...
