VPS for uploading on TPB?

Hi, I need a good VPS from where I can upload to thepiratebay and download from tpb. The problem is that many dont allow public torrents but also many guys on tpb are using servers, so which servers do they use?

I need one where I can pay via alertpay.

I think you need offshore VPS deal which can be get from santrex.net.
