Most likely 100tb didn't share any information with them as they're USA based the only time a USA base provider can't share any of your information unless a court subpoena is received by LAW.

This fine has nothing to do with your services at 100TB this separated from it.

Well you're onshore now. If you go offshore they can't do anything to you. Unless they have your personal information. Try contacting them telling them you removed the file that a use downloaded onto your server and you will be deleting their contract to use your server.

Me too, I had received a similar notice in the past. I too hadn't read the full notice last time, but today I was searching for my past notices.
