Should I pay ? I've already removed the file.

looks like some one used there server/rdp to download from a public torrent site and they were tracking it.

Well it seems like 100TB is telling you to pay the $200 so yeah.
Unless you want to cancel your services with them.

I asked 100TB, they told me to email copyright team and ask them.

The thing is not about cancellation of my services, the thing is about maybe they can file a legal case upon me.

Even if I cancel the server, the case remains open.
