Sending 200 emails

Hey guys, i want to send 200 emails at once, should i use my gmail account or a bulk emailing script?

I recommended use bulk emailing...I try with 100 mails (20 address only add a *.png file around 125kb) but failed .......try once again..do not close my account yet
