Need some help

So I need to edit this for a friend, but my photoshop skills are very basic.

So, see the stamp in the bottom right corner, i need it to be darkened (in the same color) and I need it to be as clear as possible. The pen line going through the stamp should also be darkened. I'll pay 2$ via AP to anyone who does a decent job
