Need good VPS reliability

looking for longterm client with solid VPS/Host company..looking for good/relaxed restrictions and lots of communication if not..
must be able to host adult content (most picture) and proxy site.
If connection and works out well I will probably buy more.

What sort of specs are you looking for, and what is your budget on the VPS?
Also, do you have a specific location your looking for?

Upgradability would be great.
But maybe to start, 40-80GB disk, 1TB+ bandwidth, 700-1024mb ram(+burst?), a control panel.
location doesnt matter, hopefully not france.

no more than 30-40..shouldnt be that much, only for the companys brand name and resources.

We are hosted offshore in the Netherlands, and we do allow private proxies and adult content, but will not allow major CPU usage, as you may have already seen from most webhosting companies Terms.
