You are just 15..Pay more attention to your skool.Anyways,First choose your niche like what stuff you enjoy..Game,Movies,Application,Software(I won't say Porn as tht might spoil you..lol).
Join a Private Tracker also known as Private torrent site and download your stuff from their.
Don't download & share stuff which 1000's ppl already shared/posted.
Downloading from file host sucks when you don't have premium account.
so choose to download from torrent or release blog..like rlslog.net
If you don't have good speed Internet then you got to buy RDP (remote desktop)from good provider.It will coast you from $20 a month.

Read the thread link given by mintcold ..Read it again & again till you get that.
