Yup, I have money in alertpay but i think i cant buy it form Invison unless i own a Original licence ?

Yes, you need an active license there in order that you can download from their site.

You can also interpret it as: you have a license but its not active.
Witch will also let you not download files from their site.

I will contact the mod creator for you to work something out like I told you on pm.
