OVH is good in network, but outside I heard it's not the best, It just depends on what you want to spend and where you want to be, of course most US providers will be better then non-us but it will be cheaper anything non-us in certain countries.

I prefer us providers, better networks, better setup, good prices, good hardware and many more things.
