I heard about good services by both leaseweb and OVH, never used them personally.

dotvps.netLeaseweb allow a max of 16 ips according to sales.
OVH - Don't use for VPS's if one of your clients abuses they put your Node in rescue mode. and send this thing to you theres a "half hacked" report which you can just remove the content with proof or if you get a "full hacked" report you have to reinstall.
Some times if you don't provide a good enough reply they cancel your contract and give you 72 hours to get your data. in rescue mode which is basically like a external Harddrive mounted with the data on. no vzdump no nothing.

dotvps.netEcatel are great. The hardware is a bit out dated but there reboot times are great and amazing on what they let you host. i think the only reports ive received are when the IP has been blacklisted. and outgoing attacks. ( Annoying abusive clients)

Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the comments, I've looked at OVH already and there plans don't suit me as much as Leasewebs, I may go for Ecatel but it looks like Leaseweb are winning for me at the moment.
So kiss me and smile for me, say that you'll wait for me <'3

If you're looking for offshore dedicated servers don't go with them! They will terminate your dedicated server if the content is not removed within the time they specify. If you're wanting to do legit stuff on there servers then they're fine

Very outdated, you can't even get a server with 8 or 16gb of ram, they really need to get up to date damn servers within the past five years are newer then there hardware.
But I wouldn't go with any you really mentioned or anyone has, you will find out at lease web really quick if you get any dmca complaints or abuse complaints they will earn you, then terminate your server and not give you back your data or charge you for the hard drive if you want your data to be shipped out, That's what I've heard from previous experience. If your doing anything that might be illegal or in violation of anything stick with ecatel at least they don't care since 99% of there ips are black listed or banned for spam/abuse.
