Well this is awesome, i wish i knew my fileserve account was disabled before i decided to spend 10$ to re-enable my premium subscription.

1 minute after payment i try and download a file and i keep getting this landing error 612 on every file i try to get using my premium account...

I understand that according to the TOS you can ban anyone you want for any reason what so ever, but a warning would be appreciated, i think its dishonest to just disable people without any warning, so people pay for a premium subscription that doesn't work.

Now i have no idea why i am banned, i never uploaded anything on there, i download stuff every now and then and i didn't know this was an issue. I tried contacting them using their ticket, but nothing. i didn't escalate to a paypal dispute yet as i hope they will get back to me. (i also tried sending a PM to rickyfs...)

From what i am reading i am not the only one with this problem.
Not sure if i should disclose my fs username in here.

Once they ban the account then they do not respond from what I have been observing
Also I think I read on their official thread that Ricky ignores such premiums so bad luck

i dunno i read a few posts where people got their account re-enabled, who knows.. i mean i don't even know why they banned me in the first place..

the fact that they ignore paying customers is beyond me..

Oh this article reminded me even I faced that issue thinking that they banned IP of my host.I think they banned account or something on crossing some set limit but for uploaders they were restoring the accounts.I am also an uploader,anyways I didn't knew the real story n I contacted Ricky n he restored my account

i was just reading some thread and some people said they got banned after they downloaded about 11 gb in a short period of time, so i guess there is some kind of hidden bandwidth limit. Doesnt make sense to me tho, everything was working fine untill i re-subscribed for another premium, i didnt download anything and i was blocked.
