well , i wanna learn php coding !

I want you to discuss frankly and give me some suggestion about php coding. I want to start as soon as possible.

I have a little knowledge with html. I want to develop web page(any type of ) and i wish i could make script like mRaza, gunda or yawn.

Exactly what to learn to make those kinda script ?

If i start this month, How much time i need to learn those coding?? I can dedicatedly give 5-6 hours a day.

I dont want to waste my time doing those shitty uploading warez/porn. where there have nothing to learn or nothing to gain.

Please guys if you have nothing to say , dont demoralize me..

I know some will say start today , you will learn . but can you please explain exactly what to start and where to start?

PHP is a language. When you learn any language like French, Spanish, English it takes time. Some learn faster than others. Some get to a certain level where they can communicate and are happy with that level while others continue learning and studying to become masters.

This is exactly the same for PHP. You could have enough knowledge after a week to code a basic poorly coded small script like how you could have a few basic sentences if you were learning another language. Gaining the knowledge to develop a full OOP Framework though could take a few years.

As for how you learn again it's upto the individual. Some find reading books useful while others just read tutorials. I find, as do most others, that practice is the best way of learning. Get coding straight away on some small script. eg a contact page for a website, a post generator, etc. I'd find a contact page tutorial and follow the tutorial.till I get it working and understand it. Then move onto bigger and more complicated projects. Maybe a basic image uploading or hosting script. Then move onto the next step, again following tutorials and add a simple register and login area. From that you can improve and learn better security adding features like a confirmation email to the registration process or forgot password form or brute force login protection (eg entered wrong password 10 times. please wait 10 minutes before you can try again).

The trick is to start small and as you learn more you develop and code more. The first few weeks will be slow but you will get faster as you learn.

there's mysql too, which is not required but it's often used together with php.

If you're already familiar with programming languages, I think you can easily get the basics in a week or so.
To really be able to use it you need more time.
