It is correct we limit all vm's to 50mbps due to issue with DoS Scripts in the past we'll upgrade it if you pop a ticket in.

I would say that is a 1000mbps port yes.

Don't use CPU (just MySQL, Apache2, PHP, vsftpd), and it's because you say "No RapidLeech Script" :x
