Does wupload only count 1 download from one 1 ip in 24 hours?
in that case, if some one have a high speed download, he could download all my files in 24 hours and i only get paid once?
That's not fair...
Is that true? I'm just started my wupload, and i heard someone said they only count 1 download from 1 ip in 24 hours.

If the downloader is a premium user then its counted only once in 24 hrs.

If its downloaded by a free user then its counted multiple times.

Its the same for almost all the leading filehosts if I am not mistaken?
