Copyright advice required! i need to know something about copyright...... suppose if a person creates a website @ weeblydotcom (free webhost) say with the name XYZ.weeblydotcom and after a few months another person creates his blog XYZ.blogspotdotcom without knowing that xyz.weeblydotcom is created previously , does it mean copyright infringement???? NOTE : The content of both the blogs are entirely different..unfortunately only the title is same As far as i know both weebly and blogspot users do not have any Rating: 5

are u sure??? some lunatic weebly user sent me a mail saying i am infringing his copyright....

however i have another doubt...if there is XYZ.com and another person creates XYZ.blogspot.com or xyz.weebly.com, then does it mean copyright infringement????

Are you talking about domain name or the site content? I'm kinda confused.
