Move to a new host or host the script in a different server. I doubt you'll get accepted though

You wont get accepted using this script...its bascially promoting watching free tv shows and movies..google terms and conditions wont allow it..

You should have a Privacy Policy Page on your site.

That is the first and foremost thing that google checks.

Also your site doesn't contains any content through which google will be confident that your site will send them traffic or rather guests to click on the ads.

adsense will not approve your site coz your site content have about porn, site type is use hack script to bypassing and this make someone got lose profit from that and this adsense team this is ilegal

your site is violating copyrights by showing films and such things.
Maybe the problem isn't from there, try to put Privacy Policy page in your site as EsotorisK told you.
