Please give me an honest review about the Site like Appearance, Load Time, Design, Content, SEO etc and suggest ways to Improve any backdrop!

Also suggest on how to increase the traffic. Currently we have ~20 Visits/Day.

First impression of it i see a box in the middle::::: WHAAAAT??? Dude remove that if you want me to not close the window seeing that. I will not subscribe to you without knowing what your site is about, so remove it.

2nd your top side bar is missing

Makes me think this site is from one of the people who send scam emails such as penis enlargement ones lol.

And why should i??
Its a new site get reputation then go for that, not now.

Logo is good, remove the Google +1 and twitter and put it nicely somewhere else.
