if youve got the theme you wanted, and youve got the ddl buttons, ill do it all for you for $10. If not, check the instructions for the theme but the DDL buttons will require template edits, so let me know if your comfortable in that.
EDIT: that guide by Curtis is very good, id reccomend using it if you can

If you don't do it yourself you will never learn which makes it pointless you running your forum if you are going to need someone to install things for you,

It will help you out in the long run if you learn how to do the things now,

Anyway it's not to hard to install a vBulletin skin

Yeah, thats true. Im assuming your a new webmaster and it will def help if you learn to do things yourself, rather than getting someone else to do it for you.
