if u want to get a review then u should post in site review section but not ur mistake u are newbie well bro if u really want to know about some backlinks then u should first buy a domain blog gives u nothing i worked on a blog almost 1 year and i wasted my time

Not sure what you're asking here really for the first question. Are you asking what other forms of traffic there are besides SEO? As for the second question, a simplified answer would be the link that you put in to your filezilla site. That would be considered a backlink.
