Yes google traffic can convert as low as 1 : 30 while Warez Traffic can be much worse like 1 : 2000 but it all depends on how you advertise everything.

Sp32, why don't you use conditonals...?

Display info on a certain forum; (Change the X to your desired forum number)
<if condition="$forum[forumid] == X"></if>

And if you don't want it to show on some forums use;
<if condition="$forum[forumid] != X"></if>
