Underground Toplist

I was bored and decided to make an underground toplist, it still needs a bit of work but its fully functional. Anybody can add a site and you do not need to add a backlink but sites are ordered by hits in, so if you don't add a backlink your site will not move up the rankings.

Please let me know what you think, and feel free to add your site

The domain name is pretty bad tbh
other than that nice site. need a favicon

Yeah I had the domain lying around doing nothing, its not ideal but shouldn't matter too much as most traffic will come from sites linking in rather than google. Saying that though we are already on the first page of google for the keyword "underground toplist".

And yes I will add a favicon and some other finishing touches like search engine friendly urls, and some more banners, text link codes soon

Toplists are pretty much dead and a thing of the past. Google has wised up to how these sites work and you can get penalized for linking to them. Take oemtop.com, a site I used to use a lot and sent and received a lot of traffic from. It was one of the more successful warez topsites for the last few years but over the last 6 months it and most of the sites that link to and from it have all received heavy penalties. I don't think this site/project is worth the effort long term even if it's highly automated.

Maybe you could consider social topsites. Think along the lines of Digg, stumbleuppon or reddit and the way their are basically a more modern version of topsites. Maybe you could look into a warez / underground version of this type of script. I could see the potential of a lot of small warez sites adding social warez buttons as social buttons are becoming very popular.

Wow what a buzz kill.. Sorry but I don't agree, google does not penalize you for linking to toplists, they are not in anyway trying to manipulate or cheat google. Its just a just a form of link/traffic exchange, and there are still a few busy ones around such as the raid rush toplist. I just done a quick search of this subject and as I thought very little said about it, other than this very topic I also found this topic here: http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/9570.htm using the phraze "google penalizes you for linking to toplists"... There is no solid proof of this at all.

And infact a toplist is very similar to the site you have that lists warez sites, so your saying google will class your site as a link farm and penalize people listed on it also...?? Very unlikely IMO.

And no offense I but I wanted a review of the site not a review of the genre.

looks good ,logo is good enough site loading speed is not bad
