WP Page Numbers plugin not working

I want my blog navigation to be like this instead of new post and older post --> http://screensnapr.com/e/n4mzCa.png

I have 'WP Page Numbers' Plugin installed on my wordpress blog but it's now working..

Can somebody help me? tried many other page number navigations, but none worked

did you added this code

in all these archive.php, index.php or search.php

yes dude you said you need not to edit anything,but you need to edit the plugin you have shown,any how its off topic.Think newuploader got the solution
