yeah im ul.to user, yes they still take 4e for payments bellow 100e.

Last time i requested payout..they paid in US4 instead of Euro....Any new updates about that?

i use too.... they take 2% of payout if under 100$

Last time they paid in us$ few month back..they didnt convert the funds to euro...whtever i made...they simply converted that into us$

since the v3 (march 2011) they always paid me in euros.
u could try to change language setting or use a european proxy to access the page.

^^^ no need for Eu proxy or else. Itsnt them who paying in euros. its paypal which converts what it receives in euro to $

indeed, its paypal that converts the value..
so don't worry uploaded its a great filehost.
and 20% for payments under 100€
