Email Newsletter Header

I need an email newsletter header, and I am willing to pay $5 for the best header. Please do not send me a PM asking me to hire you, if you don't mind I need to see several different options before I know which is best I will post again when I have decided on a header. I need it by tomorrow morning, so I would appreciate fast work Thank you sooo much in advance!
