    I've read many negative comments about FileServe and I agree to the comments, so I suggest you go with FileSonic.

    Rapidshare does not have affiliate programs, so no.

    I'm Fileserve premium and not pleased at all, as they don't count all downloads but likely a 1/4 of them

    Started with Filesonic this week and was pleased until 2 days ago when they started not to count all DL too.

    So yeah, take you pick
