is using rapidleech to download and upload to a file host like file sonic is against the files hosts tos?

if i earn using these ways ,they will ban me?

i tried that and i also tried some tutorials but none helped me much to install and use rapid leech,

it would be great help if somone can guide me to install rapid leech in my pc and use it browser

actually they hate rapidleech,but they wont say that..
they ban rapidleech server ip's..
