Why is it so hard to explain that there's no such thing as an offshore domain? No matter how many times you say it.

people consider tld other than us oriented domains like .us.com.net other than this other country nlds as offshore like .nl .eu .ls Best Place Mepay.eu

Actually, registering outside of the gTLDs (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .mobi, .jobs) and the .us domain with a non-US registrar does give you some protection - the US Department of Justice can't take your domain with no court order.
